Designs by Prim offers the following Returns Policy:

Our Policy is simple... If YOU are not happy, WE are not happy! 

We want each of our Customers to purchase their items with confidence!  If, when you receive your purchase, you are not 100% happy, you may return your item(s) to us for a full refund.  The only thing we ask is that the Customer is responsible for shipping costs.   

Our Return Policy:  Customers have 14 days from date of purchase to return the item, if satisfactory is not met when item arrives.  
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGED ITEMS.  
If a purchase arrives and the item(s) is damaged, the Customer is asked to contact us immediately to resolve this issue.  Customers will NOT be held responsible for any items damaged in shipping.  Shipping insurance is applied to each shipment, therefore, we ask the Customer to contact us, in this case, because we will need to determine whether the item(s) will need to be returned or not for USPS claim procedures. The Customer will either receive a refund or a replacement, in this case.
